(About 15-20 minute workout designed to clean up your handles. This progressive dribbling/ball handling workout will start with traditional ball handling and progress toward high-level skills to help players reach next level skill sets.)
Mastery if this progression will put you in position to effectively use dribble moves to create space, create opportunity to breakdown defenses to score and distribute the ball.
You get a 5 minute video link explaining the drill as well has a typed out version of the workout.
